Competences
He completed a one-year Fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Colon and Rectal Surgery in Chicago (2010–2011). Since 2011 he has co-developed the robotic colorectal surgery programme at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław. His doctoral thesis (2013) was on robotic and laparoscopic anterior resection of the rectum.
Board member of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology and of the Videosurgery Section of the Association of Polish Surgeons, and chair of its Lower Silesian Branch. Member of the European Society of Coloproctology (ESCP), including the COLOROBOTICA group, and of the Polish Society of Robotic Surgery.
Specialist in general surgery (2008) and surgical oncology (2014), habilitated doctor of medical sciences. He coordinates the Surgery Centre of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław. Author and co-author of more than 30 scientific papers, lecturer at congresses in Poland and abroad, and reviewer for journals including Colorectal Disease.

Graduate in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and of postgraduate studies in dietary counselling, psychodietetics and nutrition in health prevention at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. She obtained her professional dietitian title at a medical vocational school.
